NS BlueScope is seeking a Strategic Account Executive who can build and maintain strong relationships with key customers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assessing and clarifying customer needs, developing plans to deliver better results, and owning planning and execution of sales strategies to achieve sales targets and profitability goals.
Key responsibilities include working closely with the Head of Business Development to execute strategies and deliver target/goals, collaborating with other departments to address customer needs and issue resolution, and adhering to all Company principles, policies, and local legal regulations.
To succeed in this role, you should have a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or Civil/Structure Engineering from a recognized university. 3-5 years of experience with good sales or trading experience, preferably in Key Account Management and Building & Construction industry, is also required. Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets are essential for success in this role.
