We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team and drive the evolution of our payment solutions.
The successful candidate will play a key role in engaging with stakeholders, including business users, product owners, and technical teams, to gather, document, and validate requirements.
- Gathering and documenting business requirements to ensure accurate translation into functional specifications.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business objectives into functional requirements and technical specifications.
- Recommending process and technology improvements to deliver scalable, secure, and compliant solutions.
- Actively participating in all stages of the product release process to ensure the successful delivery of product increments to markets.
To excel in this role, you should have:
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business analysis within digital payments or financial technology, particularly in an S4/HANA (Private/Public) environment.
- Expertise in interfacing with external systems and understanding integrations between SD and FICO modules. Debugging skills in ABAP and knowledge of payment compliance standards are advantageous.
- A solid understanding of business processes in SD or FICO, within a globally operating enterprise.
- A strong desire for continuous learning and growth, both for yourself and your colleagues.
- Exceptional communication skills, high commitment, self-responsibility, and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Experience working in an international, virtual, and geographically dispersed team.
