Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled Global Account Development Manager to join our commercial operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing regional sales strategies, building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, and driving revenue growth through the identification and pursuit of new business opportunities. Key accountabilities include:
  • B2B Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong connections with existing and prospective clients, fostering trust and loyalty.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute effective regional sales plans.
  • Pipeline Management: Continuously monitor and evaluate sales pipeline performance, ensuring alignment with company objectives.

Key Requirements
The ideal candidate will hold a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field, coupled with at least 5-7 years of experience in related industry and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth. Additional requirements include excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
