The Job

We are looking for a talented Marketing Campaign Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing campaigns that drive customer engagement and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute CLM and retention strategy campaigns to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Manage customer retention, persistency, and engagement activities to reduce churn.
  • Create high-quality content that meets the objectives for the role, including managing and distributing content across various channels.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Force/CEP teams to deliver projects effectively.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in marketing communications, with a focus on CLM and retention marketing campaigns.
  • Experience with Sales Force/CEP campaigns and strong understanding of digital marketing.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and other languages.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
