Senior Sales Manager / Senior Operation Support (Inbound & Outbound)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle all inbound calls pertaining to hotel reservation and travel product information and other enquiries.
  • Prepare proposals, itineraries and quotations and make recommendations for alternative hotels or products for any special deals to clients or agents.
  • Book transportation, make hotel reservations and collect payment.
  • Execute paperwork (from quotation, reservation, payment follow-up to invoicing).
  • Liaise with tour guides, handling claims, etc.
  • Deal with occurring travel problems, complaints, or refunds.
  • Conduct onsite visits when necessary.
  • Conduct tour research and itinerary setup.
  • Provide administrative support to Travel Consultants at all levels, including the design of itineraries and proposals, bookings, and supplier and product knowledge gathering.
  • Support travel/general sales operational needs of the Company.

Requirements:

  • Required language(s): Speaking & writing in Mandarin & English.
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in the service industry will be an added advantage for this position.
  • Fresh graduates from Tourism & Hospitality who are interested to start their career in a travel agency are also encouraged to apply – Full Training Provided.
  • Willing to travel when necessary.
  • Strong sales skills and commercial awareness.
  • Ability to interact, communicate, and negotiate effectively.
  • Sound knowledge of domestic and international travel trends.
