Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our team at TecAlliance. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for extracting valuable insights from data, designing and developing reports for stakeholders, and ensuring data accuracy and integrity throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Data Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of datasets to identify trends and key insights crucial for supporting business planning, including the creation of management reports, forecasts, and trend analysis.
  2. Ad-hoc Analysis: Perform tailored analysis to address specific business questions or challenges, providing prompt and actionable insights.
  3. Data Visualization: Conduct thorough data and portfolio analysis, alongside market research, and proficiently prepare presentations to effectively communicate findings.
  4. Data Extraction: Gather, organize, and extract insights from data collected across various sources to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
  5. Collaboration: Work closely with Data Engineers to ensure the integrity and accessibility of data within databases, ensuring smooth project execution and timely delivery.
  6. Communication: Communicate with business departments to understand their data needs, providing robust analytical support aligned with organizational objectives.
  7. Report Maintenance: Continuously maintain and enhance Power BI Reports based on demand, focusing on improving report quality, data accuracy, and integrity.
Requirements
  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or related field.
  2. Experience: Proven experience as a Data Analyst, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
  3. Technical Skills: Strong technical skills in Python and MySQL, with an ability to adapt to new tools quickly.
  4. Additional Skills: Knowledge and experience in web scraping/data pre-processing is an added value, familiarity with the automotive industry is advantageous.
  5. Soft Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  6. Personal Qualities: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and commitment to data integrity.
  7. Teamwork: Proactive, collaborative, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
  8. Self-Discipline: Self-discipline, self-starter, and honest.
  9. Experience Required: 2 years of experience required.
