Time and Benefits Coordinator

The RoleIn this position, you will work closely with a customer group from Singapore & Myanmar and across various functions and levels within the organisation.
The Key Responsibilities:You will execute system data maintenance and administrative activities in support of P&C business processes in the area of payroll, tax, social insurance, time, local and global benefits administration.
This role involves providing customer service on pay, time and benefits related activities, such as inquiry resolution, request management, and troubleshooting.
Ensuring all union negotiations (if any) associated with PTB activities are handled properly and in a timely manner is also part of this role.
Managing, processing and reconciling mass upload files for all pay frequencies, monitoring data flows to/from Workday to Vendor for accuracy and ensuring integrations are processed timely are key responsibilities.
Resolving any errors to ensure accurate processing and maintaining regulatory compliance in line with the countries, customers, and regulations are essential.
Actively initiating and participating in the development and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives is also expected.
What we're looking for
We need a candidate with 5+ years of experience in payroll services, preferably in a shared service center environment.
Knowledge of payroll cycle and processes /benefits operations and processes is required.
Familiarity with Workday P&C Processes is also necessary.
A deep knowledge of local tax and social insurance is essential.
Excellent attention to detail, analytical ability and advanced Excel skills (pivot table, v-lookup, etc.) are required.
