Key Responsibilities

  • Provide in-depth understanding of VRF and chiller systems to clients, including technical aspects, features, and benefits.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients to comprehend their HVAC requirements and deliver customized solutions.
  • Develop and submit detailed proposals and quotations for clients, highlighting the strengths of chosen HVAC systems.
  • Pursue sales strategies to achieve targets and propel growth in the VRF and chiller market.
  • Organize training sessions and workshops for clients and internal teams on VRF and chiller products and applications.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, project management, and marketing teams to ensure alignment on product offerings and client expectations.
  • Supervise project implementation, ensuring timely completion and customer satisfaction throughout the process.
  • Monitor sales performance and generate reports to forecast trends, track progress, and inform management.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.

Required Skills and Competencies

  • 1-2 years' experience in general sales or customer-facing role.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate technical information to clients.
  • Mandarin proficiency required due to regular interactions with Chinese counterparts.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, site assessments, and industry events as needed.
  • A customer-centric approach with the ability to understand and address client requirements.
