Job Title: Sales Manager/Brake Sales Manager

At SEER S&R, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager/Brake Sales Manager to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a sales professional with a strong background in sales and marketing to lead our brake sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to meet sales targets, analyzing market trends, and building strong relationships with key customer accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Create and execute sales plans to meet sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to inform sales planning.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Territory Sales Executives to achieve individual and team sales goals.
  • Customer Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer accounts to drive sales growth.
  • Escalated Customer Issues: Handle escalated customer issues and provide timely resolutions.
  • Purchasing and Inventory Management: Oversee purchasing activities and ensure that inventory levels are optimized and aligned with sales forecasts.
  • Competitive Pricing Strategies: Create and implement competitive pricing strategies that align with market conditions, customer expectations, and company profitability goals.
  • Logistics and Supply Chain Collaboration: Collaborate with logistics, supply chain, and technical teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer service.
  • Marketing and Promotional Campaigns: Coordinate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns, product launches, and trade shows.
  • Industry Representation: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings.
  • Market Segmentation and Business Opportunities: Identify new market segments and business opportunities for the business.
Requirements:
  • Education: Minimum SPM or higher. Diploma/Degree in marketing is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years experience in sales/marketing, preferably in the automotive or brake systems industry.
  • Skills: Knowledge of personal computer is essential. Can work independently and responsible, pleasant and customer experience focused. Possess own transport and must be willing to travel extensively.
  • Language: Fluent in Mandarin is preferred as the roles requires to deal with Mandarin speaking client, proficient in English and/or Malay, oral and written.
