Business Support Specialist

The HR & Admin Executive will be responsible for managing various HR-related tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of our business. Key responsibilities include:
- Generating monthly attendance and leave reports.
- Processing payroll, including statutory contributions and submissions.
- Preparing and sending employment-related letters and documents.
- Updating and maintaining accurate employee records and files.
- Handling reimbursement claims and updating insurance records.
- Assisting in job recruitment, including interview arrangements and new employee orientations.
- Coordinating with external parties, such as foreign worker agents and government agencies.
Requirements:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in a relevant field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proficient in Mandarin for effective communication with Mandarin-speaking colleagues.
- At least 3 years of progressive HR experience.
- Strong understanding of Labour regulations and current HR practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and HR payroll systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
