Responsibilities:

The HR & Admin Executive will be responsible for managing various HR-related tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of our business. Key responsibilities include:
  • Generating monthly attendance and leave reports.
  • Processing payroll, including statutory contributions and submissions.
  • Preparing and sending employment-related letters and documents.
  • Updating and maintaining accurate employee records and files.
  • Handling reimbursement claims and updating insurance records.
  • Assisting in job recruitment, including interview arrangements and new employee orientations.
  • Coordinating with external parties, such as foreign worker agents and government agencies.


Requirements:

To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in a relevant field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Proficient in Mandarin for effective communication with Mandarin-speaking colleagues.
  • At least 3 years of progressive HR experience.
  • Strong understanding of Labour regulations and current HR practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and HR payroll systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
