We are seeking an Account Relationship Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage supplier inquiries and provide administrative support, ensuring timely responses and resolution of issues.
  • Work closely with the sales team to develop effective strategies for managing supplier relationships and driving business growth.
  • Prepare and upload purchase orders and invoices into the SQL Accounting Software system, monitoring progress and updating records as necessary.
  • Coordinate lorry testing schedules and ensure seamless collaboration with the driver team.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records of supplier interactions, tracking key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes that drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management or your supervisor.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven experience in account management or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency in Malay, English, and Chinese.
