We are looking for a talented Collaboration and Growth Expert to join our team at CBS APAC in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. As a key member of our alliance management team, you will play a vital role in driving collaboration and growth through strategic partnerships and alliances.

This role is focused on supporting the operational aspects of partner relationship management, business development activities, and partnership strategy execution. You will work closely with senior alliance managers, cross-functional teams, and external partners to drive growth and achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Partner Collaboration
    • Assist in establishing and nurturing relationships with existing and potential partners.
    • Serve as a liaison between internal teams and external partners, ensuring effective communication and timely follow-up on partnership matters.
    • Help resolve minor issues or concerns raised by partners, escalating to senior managers as necessary.
  2. Partnership Strategy Execution
    • Support the implementation of partnership strategies and plans by ensuring all tasks, milestones, and deliverables are met on time.
    • Help coordinate and track partnership activities, including joint marketing campaigns, sales initiatives, and product launches.
    • Assist in monitoring the performance of partnerships, providing regular updates and feedback to senior alliance managers.
  3. Operational Support
    • Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining partnership documentation (contracts, agreements, performance metrics).
    • Maintain a database or CRM system to track partner activities, opportunities, and interactions.
    • Coordinate internal meetings with various departments (sales, marketing, legal, etc.) to align on partnership initiatives.
  4. Market Analysis and Research
    • Conduct market research to identify potential new partners and assess current market trends.
    • Assist in analyzing the performance of existing partnerships, identifying areas for improvement or expansion.
    • Support competitive analysis by gathering information on competitor partnerships and strategies.
  5. Partner Training and Enablement
    • Help provide training and support to partners by offering necessary resources and tools to aid their success in joint ventures.
    • Assist in creating and distributing partner enablement materials such as sales kits, product information, and promotional content.
  6. Performance Reporting and Tracking
    • Assist in preparing regular reports on partnership performance, including key metrics such as sales growth, lead generation, and market penetration.
    • Track the success of specific partnership initiatives, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
  7. Alignment and Coordination
    • Work closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, product, etc.) to ensure that partnership goals are aligned with overall business objectives.
    • Facilitate collaboration between internal teams and external partners to drive joint initiatives and ensure successful implementation.
