Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Customer Service Associate to join our team at Zeal Holdings Limited. As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat.

You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement and implement changes to enhance the customer experience. Your goal will be to ensure that customers receive timely and accurate responses to their queries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Meet or exceed key performance metrics, including first call resolution rates and customer satisfaction scores.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A diploma or degree in a relevant field.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic languages (verbal and written).
