We are seeking a talented Customer Service Associate to join our team at Summitnext in Kuala Lumpur. As a key member of our client relations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer support and issue resolution services to our global clients.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala languages, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and multitask efficiently. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is required.

In this role, you will:

  • Provide timely and effective support to clients via live chat, phone calls, and email.
  • Evaluate and resolve technical issues using multiple programs while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Escalate complex issues to specialist teams via Salesforce or Jira when necessary.
  • Update clients on their request status promptly.
