Customer Service Manager

Sutherland is a dynamic organization seeking an experienced leader to spearhead our Customer Care Team. As a Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of associates to achieve exceptional results and provide top-notch customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and supervise a team of at least 10 associates to drive business objectives.
- Analyze areas for service improvement and make recommendations to senior management.
- Contribute to the hiring process by interviewing and selecting top talent.
- Optimize scheduling and staffing requirements to ensure seamless operations during night shifts.
- Promote process improvements through collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Maintain service quality standards through regular assessments and coaching.
- Bachelor's degree or Associate degree preferred.
- A minimum of two years' experience as a Team Leader managing 10+ team members.
- Proven track record in customer service roles within a contact center environment.
- Effective coaching skills to support team growth and development.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; fluent/high proficiency in Mandarin and Japanese.
