About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Operations Manager to lead our customer service team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The primary responsibility of this role is to oversee the day-to-day activities of the customer service team, ensuring that they meet performance goals and provide exceptional customer service. This includes:

  • Leading and guiding the team to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Developing and implementing effective processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Providing coaching and training to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs)

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a customer service or operations management role
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
