The Role

As the Customer Service & Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our customer service and operational processes. You will:

  1. Lead & develop the Customer Service team – Oversee the contact centre team to ensure outstanding service and seamless patient experiences.
  2. Implement key processes & procedures – Develop and refine workflows to improve efficiency and maintain excellence.
  3. Drive KPIs & performance – Work closely with the directors to set and achieve business goals.
  4. Create a positive culture – Foster a supportive and high-performing team environment.
  5. Oversee multi-location operations – As we expand, you'll have the opportunity to manage operations across multiple clinics.

Who We're Looking For

  • Strong leadership experience in customer service and/or operations, ideally in healthcare, hospitality, or retail.
  • Ability to build, motivate, and develop teams in a fast-growing environment.
  • Strong process improvement and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in healthcare is a plus.
  • Ability to converse in English, Malay and Mandarin.
