Customer Service Operations Manager

About the Position
- Manage guest concerns, complaints, and special requests in a professional and timely manner.
- Oversee front desk operations, ensuring smooth check-in and check-out procedures, and maintaining accurate records.
- Schedule shifts and allocate tasks to optimize staff utilization during peak and off-peak periods.
- Lead and train the front office team to enhance their customer service skills and adherence to hotel standards.
Requirements
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Communication, Public Relations, or equivalent certificates or experience.
- At least 4 years of experience as a Manager, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team, adapting to changing situations and priorities.
- Flexibility to work on public holidays and shift rotations when required.
