Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing strategies to drive revenue growth and expand client relationships.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to deliver integrated advertising solutions across multiple channels.
  • Providing exceptional client service and managing relationships to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Working closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop proposals.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to maintain Astro's position as a leader in the market.

Requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma holders in Business/Advertising/Commerce/Communications or in any relevant field.
  • Preferably 3 years working experience in media and advertising industry.
  • Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia and/or other languages is an added advantage.
  • Resourceful, self-motivated with excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong team player.
  • Results-oriented.
  • Able to organize resources, present reports, and coordinate project work.
