Revenue Development Manager

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing strategies to drive revenue growth and expand client relationships.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to deliver integrated advertising solutions across multiple channels.
- Providing exceptional client service and managing relationships to ensure client satisfaction.
- Working closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop proposals.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to maintain Astro's position as a leader in the market.
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma holders in Business/Advertising/Commerce/Communications or in any relevant field.
- Preferably 3 years working experience in media and advertising industry.
- Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia and/or other languages is an added advantage.
- Resourceful, self-motivated with excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
- Strong team player.
- Results-oriented.
- Able to organize resources, present reports, and coordinate project work.
