Kantar Group is seeking a highly skilled Client Service Expert to join our team. As a Client Service Expert, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met, and exceeding their expectations.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Acting as a communication bridge between client requirements and operational capabilities.
- Ensuring all parties clearly understand delivery needs and feasibility.
- Oversight of client service from request to completion, recommending appropriate solutions and communicating proactively if requirements are unachievable or require adjustment.
To excel in this role, you should possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a strong background in client-facing roles. Experience in attribution or data delivery is highly desirable.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Database Management, or a related field.
- Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level). Additional fluency in regional languages is beneficial.
