  • Process customer transactions, including orders, returns, and exchanges
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system
  • Collaborate with other teams to address customer concerns
Requirements:
  • Diploma or degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, communications)
  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in a similar industry
  • Fluency in Mandarin and Cantonese, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
