Administrative Coordinator for Fleet Operations

Shopee, a leading e-commerce platform, seeks an experienced professional to fill the role of Fleet Management, Admin. The successful candidate will be responsible for tracking and managing attendance records for sorters across all Service Operation Centers (SOCs).

Key Responsibilities:- Attendance Tracking: Monitor and track attendance records for sorters across all SOCs.
- Discrepancy Resolution: Identify and address any discrepancies in attendance records in collaboration with SOC supervisors/admin.
- Accurate Record Keeping: Ensure accurate attendance records are maintained for payroll processing purposes.
- Communication: Liaise with SOC admin to make corrections in attendance records when necessary.
- Cross-SOC Collaboration: Facilitate smooth communication between SOCs to ensure timely updates and resolutions.
- Agency Support: Address and resolve queries from agencies regarding attendance, OPS ID, or related administrative matters.
- Diploma / Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
- Preferably have working experience in Human Resources or Business Administration.
- Able to proactively provide feedback and updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Able to work independently in a dynamic and diverse environment.
