As a Service Desk Analyst, you will work closely with our internal stakeholders to resolve technical issues and provide excellent customer service. You will also contribute to the continuous improvement of our IT services and processes.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to users via phone and chat
- Dispatch tickets and ensure that calls are recorded and solutions communicated
- Solve first and second-level incidents and service requests
- Report critical and important applications, while performing proactive & 24/7 monitoring to ensure minimum downtime while maintaining the SLA's
