About UsThe Store (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is a leading retail company dedicated to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service.
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Category Manager to oversee the meat and seafood department. Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with suppliers to achieve optimal pricing, quality, and delivery performance.
- Designing and maintaining visually appealing displays that showcase products effectively.
- Developing innovative strategies to boost sales and profitability within the meat and seafood category.
- Maintaining sufficient inventory levels by placing orders and tracking stock movements.
- Ensuring adherence to safety and sanitation guidelines, as well as proper product handling and storage procedures.
- Minimum SPM/Diploma/Degree with at least 1-2 years' experience in handling Meat & Frozen products is preferred.
- Previous experience as a supervisor or department head from a hypermarket, supermarket, mini-market, or convenience shop is an advantage.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, with training provided, and may be considered for a Category Executive position.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
