We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as an EHS Officer. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring our workplace safety and health program is compliant with regulatory requirements.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To conduct risk assessments and implement preventive measures to maintain a safe working environment
  • Liaise with authorities such as JKKP, DOE, MOH, and Bomba to ensure compliance with regulations
  • Organize monthly EHS meetings and guide committee members on best practices
  • Develop and conduct in-house training programs for employees on safety, health, and environmental procedures
  • Maintain accurate documentation and support the implementation of ISO 45001 standards
  • Manage scheduled waste management and ensure proper disposal practices
  • Conduct monthly EPMC meetings and quarterly ERCMC meetings to review progress and address concerns
  • Update CPD certifications to maintain competence in scheduled waste management
  • Ensure legal compliance and update procedures regularly
  • Analyze and compile data for ESG reports on a monthly basis
  • Maintain proficiency with CePswan software
