Lead Business Solutions Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst to lead our team in delivering business solutions that meet the needs of our clients. As a Lead Business Solutions Specialist, you will be responsible for gathering requirements from business stakeholders, understanding complex business processes, and translating these insights into actionable solutions for our development teams.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation in data models, significant experience in gathering business requirements, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions. You will work closely with our development teams to ensure that our solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the gathering of requirements from business stakeholders and translate these into actionable solutions for our development teams.
  • Collaborate with our development teams to design and configure ServiceNow solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Work with our technical teams to ensure that our solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with best practices.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 3 years focused on ServiceNow.
  • Proven experience in implementing and optimizing ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITAM.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Service Portfolio Management, including experience with service catalog management, service lifecycle management, and service performance analytics.

Technical Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities, including workflow automation, scripting, and integration with third-party systems.
  • Proficiency in using ServiceNow's Process Automation Designer (PAD) and Flow Designer for orchestrating workflows.
  • Familiarity with ITIL framework and its application within ServiceNow.

Communication Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Analytical Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Attention to detail in documenting and validating requirements.

Team Collaboration:

  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.

Industry Certifications:

  • Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or equivalent certification is desirable.
  • ServiceNow certifications or relevant training is a plus.
