About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Solutions Analyst to join our team at Endava Limited. As a key member of our business analysis team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and transformation.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Business Domain Expertise: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, demonstrating a deep understanding of their business domains and consultancy needs.
  2. Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Gather and analyze business requirements, identifying opportunities for process improvement and proposing solutions that align with strategic goals.
  3. Solution Development and Implementation: Provide direction and recommendations to clients, based on their needs, industry trends, and environmental specifics. Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure that user stories are implemented in line with product vision and timelines.
  4. Product Backlog Management: Create and maintain up-to-date product backlogs, including user stories and acceptance criteria, to ensure that development teams are focused on delivering value to customers.
  5. Market Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends in application design and propose new solutions to clients, ensuring that development teams deliver features that meet global business goals and specifications.
Requirements
  1. 8+ years of relevant experience in business analysis and consultancy.
  2. Proven experience as a product owner and/or business analyst in Agile environments, defining business requirements and creating user stories.
  3. Demonstrated leadership skills and team management experience.
  4. Ability to translate business needs into solution requirements and define those in a written format that allows engineering teams to align behind the product vision.
  5. Knowledge and experience of software development planning techniques, including Agile Scrum.
  6. Strong analytical skills, systematic approach, and self-reliance.
  7. Ability to measure and report on the effectiveness of product iterations.
  8. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to identify process inefficiencies and areas for improvement in diverse markets.
  9. Strong project management skills, capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines in various time zones.
  10. Collaborative mindset with excellent interpersonal skills, promoting effective teamwork and relationship-building across cultures.
  11. Adaptable and proactive, with a willingness to embrace new technologies and approaches to drive innovation and efficiency.
