Senior Business Analyst

We will count on you to:

  • To transform business needs to detailed user stories and acceptance criteria to express requirements.
  • To elicit and create a shared understanding of business requirements with stakeholders typically around a workshop or group facilitated settings.
  • To identify, verify and document functional requirements & NFRs using requirements management methodology and tools
  • To define and draft systems scope and objectives through research combined with an understanding of business requirements and industry standards
  • To provide traceability of business requirements to IT solutions (under traditional development models as well as Agile)
  • Collaboration with stakeholders and product teams to decompose large epic stories into features and user stories (as part of agile development), that can be understood and approved by members of the development team.
  • Analyse, design/redesign, implement, and document business processes
  • Responsible for conducting and analysing feasibility studies/impact assessments regarding implementation of IT solutions
  • Identify and resolve gaps between new and existing business processes and applications
  • Support the testing process by supporting the various stages of system testing (UAT / SIT) by providing the appropriate scenarios, examples and acceptance criteria

What you need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a relevant field preferred
  • Working experience using Agile/Scrum practices with 6 years of IT development experience
  • Ability to speak Japanese or Korean is a must
  • BE/ BTECH/ MCA/ M TECH
  • Strong knowledge of ASP.Net, PostGres
  • Good understanding of workflow based solutions.
  • Build and maintain business requirements repository

  • Previous experience with systems that put a high emphasis on good design and User Experience and ensure that designers have clear and complete understanding of the requirements
  • Knowledge on Scrum, ability to breakdown a user story for team
  • Experience with various tools such as JIRA, Jenkins, Confluence, Git / Bitbucket
