Serving as a Senior Claims Examiner - Kuala Lumpur at Prudential Hong Kong Limited, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with legal requirements, industry regulations, organizational policies, and professional code of conduct while investigating claims.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough investigations of suspicious, early, and fraudulent claims
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements, industry regulations, organizational policies, and professional code of conduct
- Update and submit reports as required by management within agreed service standards
You will work closely with the team to drive claims due diligence and investigation outcomes for quick resolutions. Additionally, you will participate in activities to curb claims loss ratio and provide exceptional customer experience during their moment of truth.
Requirements:- Degree in Biomedical Science, Biology, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, Business Administration, etc.
- Preferred experience in Life claims or customer relations
- Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (optional)
