Key Responsibilities:
  • ERP Project Implementation: Perform ERP project implementation activities, including business requirement study, business & process review, solution specification & modeling, gap analysis, solution simulation & testing, data migration, UAT, etc.
  • Training and Support: Provide training, support, and troubleshooting for enterprise resource planning programs.
  • System Implementation and Upgrades: Assist in ERP system implementations and upgrades.
  • Documentation and Customization: Set up and maintain system documentation, assist in program customization and configuration, and perform software upgrades.
  • System Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Review and perform system maintenance and testing, review and analyze data reporting, troubleshoot and resolve system problems, and provide user support, research, and resolve system failures as needed.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or Diploma in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Accounting, or Finance.
  • Experience: Proven experience in consulting, implementation, and support of an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) application.
  • Skills: Knowledge of general business software, and aptitude to learn new applications, ability to articulate complex processes.
