About the Role:

  • Lead a sub-team to deliver accurate and timely monthly financial closing
  • Responsible for balance sheet reconciliations and follow up proactively on aged open items
  • Maintain and update standard process documents and operational procedures
  • Assist with interim and year-end audit
  • Facilitate internal audit reviews and address queries from internal auditors

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 6-10 years working experience in a finance shared service-related field
  • Experience in managing a team is required for this role
  • Proven change management, customer relationship, influence, and negotiation skills are essential
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge and experience working in SAP environment
