We are looking for an experienced Recruitment and HR Coordinator to join our team at Tech Harvest Capital. About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment Assistance: Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing candidates, candidate screening, background screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding activities.
- HR Administration: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring confidentiality; assist with handling employee queries related to HR policies and processes.
