Sales Performance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Performance Manager to join our team at Sime Darby Property. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales activities and ensuring the achievement of sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- To develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and meet sales targets.
- To identify and pursue new sales opportunities and build strong relationships with customers and prospects.
- To provide excellent customer service and ensure that all sales interactions are professional and courteous.
- To stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity and make recommendations on how to improve sales performance.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales and customer service, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be able to work independently and as part of a team, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
