Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the development/review of total reward programs and policies that are aligned with global guiding principles, which are competitive and cost-effective to attract, retain, and motivate required talent for the business.
  • Manage Long Term Incentive Plan (LTIP) independently, coordinating with external vendors, and supporting administration work.
  • Develop and review salary structures for assigned markets.
  • Provide advisory towards market benchmarking for new hires/promotion/transfer/job changes within the assigned markets.
  • Determine job sizes in line with internal job levelling/grading methodology.
  • Stay abreast of market trends, regulatory changes, and competitors' practices, and support solutions that meet the immediate requirements of the business.
  • Demonstrate subject matter expertise on rewards practices/trends so as to deliver best-fit solutions that support the business needs.
  • Support the Region and Country HR Leads in driving forward the pay-for-performance rewards agenda and/or delivering appropriate reward solutions that are aligned with global rewards principles.
  • Support or work on projects as assigned, e.g., benefits harmonization.
  • Play a key role in setting up systems and collaborating closely with the People Systems team to ensure smooth implementation.
