Kenso Corporation is a global leader in the field of energy and technology. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Specialist Total Rewards APAC to join our team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 to 12 years of experience in compensation and benefits, with a strong background in planning, organizing, and analytical skills. Local Taxation knowledge and financial/budgeting skills are essential for this role.

About the Job:

  1. Develop and implement effective compensation and benefits strategies to attract and retain top talent across the APAC region.
  2. Analyze market trends and competitor data to ensure that our compensation and benefits packages remain competitive.
  3. Design and implement employee recognition programs to boost morale and engagement.
  4. Collaborate with HR teams to develop and implement total rewards programs that drive business results.
  5. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead compensation and benefits initiatives, including salary surveys, job evaluation, and grading systems.
  • Prepare and analyze HR budget support documentation, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
  • Monitor application of yearly salary increase policy, ensuring consistency and fairness.
  • Analysing staff information database and preparing statistical reports on turnover and demographics.
  • Participating in achieving compensation packages that are competitive by market norms.
  • Benchmarking other companies C&B processes.
  • Contributing to development, maintenance, and upgrading of existing HRIS related to Compensation & Benefits.
  • Using Technip Energies' Grading System to ensure alignment of Compensation and Benefits schemes.
  • Contribute to job sizing and job evaluation exercises.
  • Monitors claims and contract management evolution in every APAC country.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 to 12 years of experience in compensation and benefits.
  • Planning, organizing, and analytical skills.
  • Local Taxation knowledge.
  • Financial/budgeting skills.
  • Advanced English language skills.
