About the RoleThis leadership role requires someone with strong experience in customer service and team management. As a Customer Service Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives and ensuring that they meet performance goals. You will also be responsible for providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure the team's success.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and supervise a team of customer service representatives
- Provide guidance, coaching, and support to ensure the team meets performance goals
- Ensure the team adheres to company policies and procedures
- Provide ongoing coaching and training to enhance the skills of team members
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Customer Service/Operations with at least 1 year of experience in a supervisory role
- Experience gained in FX/Finance industry will be an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Able to multi-task, determine priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced business environment
