Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Experience Associate to join our team.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by contacting customers to verify their sign-up details and reviewing the plans they have signed up for.

You will process customer requests within service level and accuracy targets, act on remedial action reports, and process various applications for consumer groups.

In addition, you will call customers for verification of their packages signed up and arrange appointment dates as needed.

To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication skills, be able to work well under pressure, and possess a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.

As a member of our team, you will have opportunities for ongoing training and development, as well as internal mobility.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Process customer requests within service level and accuracy targets.
  2. Act on remedial action reports.
  3. Process various applications for consumer groups.
  4. Call customers for verification of their packages signed up and arrange appointment dates as needed.
Requirements
  • Diploma or degree graduate in business studies/administration.
  • Minimum 1 year working experience in contact centre environment.
  • Customer-oriented with a focus on meeting customers' needs as top priority.
  • Proficiency in English. Ability to speak Mandarin would be an added advantage.
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure.
