About This Role

We are seeking a skilled Commercial Sales Expert - Large Accounts to join our team. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for driving growth and profitability within assigned territories, developing and maintaining profitable relationships with new and existing customers.

Main Responsibilities
  • Relationship Building

The ideal candidate will develop and maintain profitable relationships with new and existing customers, actively managing their daily work processes, and prioritizing tasks to meet operational and strategic objectives.

Sales Support and Team Management

They will also manage teamwork for sales support, coordinate/assess sales and service teams, provide technical advice to customers, and develop positive customer relationships through regular meetings.

Trend Monitoring and Process Improvement

In addition, they will anticipate customer needs, monitor trends, and recommend changes to improve business operations, assessing and evaluating business processes to identify opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, applicants must have a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and 2 or more years of experience in a related field. They should also possess thorough knowledge of large accounts, underwriting, including loss development, underwriter communication, etc., and be willing to travel.
