Becoming a Banking Client Liaison at Standard Chartered means being part of a dynamic team that works together with RMs, Product Sales, Operations, and other key internal stakeholders to solve client channel issues and identify opportunities to improve overall service.

Your responsibilities will include providing second-level client support to resolve technical operating problems, investigating errors, conducting training and support, and driving continuous improvement of operational efficiency and effectiveness of processes.

We're looking for someone with good working attitude and willing to learn personality. Ideally, you should have at least 2 years of relevant experience in a client-facing role, preferably in an international or regional environment. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
