HR Talent Strategist

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled HR Business Partner to join our team at Businesslist. As an HRBP, you will play a critical role in driving business growth by partnering with department heads to develop and implement strategic workforce plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Planning: Assess the current workforce and forecast future talent needs to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Manpower Planning: Support department heads in developing short-, medium-, and long-term manpower plans.
- Hiring and Onboarding: Manage end-to-end hiring processes, from job requisitions and interviews to offer management, as well as organize and coordinate onboarding programs for new employees.
- Culture and Engagement: Design and implement employee engagement programs to enhance teamwork and collaboration, as well as lead cultural initiatives and work closely with department heads on communication strategies.
- Performance Management: Oversee the performance management cycle, including goal setting, feedback, and improvement plans, as well as lead annual performance reviews.
- Compensation and Benefits: Provide guidance on compensation structures and hiring strategies, as well as support leaders in making fair and strategic compensation decisions.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience as a HR Business Partner, with experience in managing HR projects and implementing strategic HR initiatives.
- Skillset: Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws, excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin, and experience within the FMCG industry.
