  2. Sales Performance: Meet or exceed sales targets for Hire Purchase and Cross Selling, ensuring asset quality and reasonable yields.
  3. Document Verification: Ensure the completeness and accuracy of documents submitted by dealers, verifying originals and witnessing loan document execution.
  4. Customer Engagement: Conduct applicant interviews, inspect vehicles, and visit sites to verify business or residential information.
  5. Market Intelligence: Monitor market share with existing dealers and keep credit processing staff informed about current market trends.
  6. Compliance: Stay up-to-date with the latest Bank and regulatory policies, guidelines, manuals, and circulars, ensuring compliance at all times.
  7. Reporting and Data Integrity: Ensure timely submission of reports and maintain data integrity and workflow requirements.
  8. Authorized Signatory: Act as an authorized signatory for AFFIN Group.
  9. Additional Responsibilities: Undertake other job functions as assigned by Management from time to time.
Requirements
  1. Possess a Degree, Professional, or Diploma.
  2. Be a self-starter and team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills, and knowledge of the HP vehicle market.
  3. Be computer literate.
  4. Own transport.
