Work location: Bintulu, Sarawak 1. To carry out the administrative function of the department. 2. Assist Sales Unit for the issuance of sales order, manufacturing order, delivery order & invoices. 3. To coordinate with the production unit on customers’ order progress and to advice the customer on delivery date or date to collects the goods. 4. Liaise with eCS unit of the delivery schedule to ensure timely deliveries. 5. Assist and support sales unit in achieving sales outcomes and goals. 6. To handle the customers’ complaint on services and products. 7. To prepare reports and data presentations. 8. To arrange and prepare meetings. 9. To print out all the monthly invoices and ensure invoices are delivered to customer timely. 10. Consult with clients after sales or contract signings to resolve problems and to provide ongoing support. 11. Answer customers' questions about products, prices, availability, product uses, and credit terms. 12. Recommend products to customers, based on customers' needs and interests. 13. Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties, and delivery dates.
