- 接聽和轉接電話。
- 組織和安排約會。
- 協助合併發票,準確向客戶開立帳單/發票
- 需要時向客戶準備貸方通知單或借方通知單
- 確保正確歸檔和記錄計費相關事宜
- 開發和維護歸檔系統。
- 與行政和高級行政助理聯絡,處理高級經理的請求和詢問。
**要求:**
- **歡迎入門級、應屆畢業生或無經驗。**
- 有擔任行政助理、虛擬助理或辦公室管理助理的經驗者優先
- 了解辦公室管理系統和程序。
- 印表機和傳真機等辦公設備的使用知識。
- MS Office 中的 Excel(特別是 MS Excel 和 MS PowerPoint)。
- 良好的時間管理技能和決定工作優先順序的能力。
- 注重細節和解決問題的能力。
- 較強的書面和口頭溝通能力。
- 至少擁有SPM、工商管理文憑或相關領域;擔任行政助理或秘書的額外資格將是一個優勢。
