**Travel Desk**
- Air ticket, hotel & accommodation arrangement.
- Manage staff house & update the occupant records to HR monthly.
- Arrange lunch & dinner AGM and BOD meeting.

**Public Affair**
- Donation & sponsorship & yearly budget
- Involved in corporate social responsibility
- Arrange for advertisement & publication

**Printed Material with Corporate Logo**
- Arrange for the printing of name card, letterhead, envelope, brown file, corporate flag, etc & monitor the stock level.
- Advertising & publication, calendar, annual report printing and delivery arrangement.
- Arrange for corporate gift & door gift, gift paper, paper bag and monitor the stock level

**Requirements**:

- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work.
- Able to work in a team.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Possess a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Excellent communication skills
- Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
