Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our team and contribute to the growth of our company. This role involves building relationships with key account customers and driving sales growth through effective trade execution and business strategy implementation.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key account customers to achieve sales targets and deliver against business objectives.
- Collaborate with MT IKA teams to execute trade strategies and ensure seamless delivery of sales operations.
- Work closely with distributors to manage key accounts, including quarterly business planning, route planning, and negotiation of pricing and promotions.
- Suggest sales orders for select IKA customers at the store level, focusing on Econsave.
- Conduct regular store visits to monitor progress and address any issues related to IKA outlet performance.
- Support the Sales Operations Manager in various projects, such as market research and new distribution opportunities.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in sales, preferably in the general trade sector.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
- Good command of English, with additional local dialects being an added advantage.
