Job Responsibilities

  • Document Management: Develop and maintain document management procedures, ensuring efficient organization and accessibility of company documents.
  • Office Operations: Manage daily office emails, phone calls, and logistical support, ensuring seamless coordination of office activities.
  • Government Liaison: Liaise with relevant government departments, handle policy consultations, and provide information feedback.
  • Permits and Licenses: Manage various government licenses, certifications, and approvals, including business licenses, tax registrations, and industry-specific permits.
  • Safety and Health: Formulate and implement internal safety and health policies, supervising and assessing the company's safety and health practices.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years in administrative roles, office, and government affairs management.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with experience in developing document management systems.
  • Ability to manage daily office operations, including emails, phone calls, and logistical coordination.
  • Strong communication skills to liaison with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to respond to and resolve office and government-related matters efficiently.
  • Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Remuneration

RM 4,000 - RM 5,000
