Job Responsibilities
- Document Management: Develop and maintain document management procedures, ensuring efficient organization and accessibility of company documents.
- Office Operations: Manage daily office emails, phone calls, and logistical support, ensuring seamless coordination of office activities.
- Government Liaison: Liaise with relevant government departments, handle policy consultations, and provide information feedback.
- Permits and Licenses: Manage various government licenses, certifications, and approvals, including business licenses, tax registrations, and industry-specific permits.
- Safety and Health: Formulate and implement internal safety and health policies, supervising and assessing the company's safety and health practices.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years in administrative roles, office, and government affairs management.
- Excellent organizational skills, with experience in developing document management systems.
- Ability to manage daily office operations, including emails, phone calls, and logistical coordination.
- Strong communication skills to liaison with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to respond to and resolve office and government-related matters efficiently.
- Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
