Salary RM180,000 - RM250,000 per annumKey Responsibilities- IT Infrastructure Management: Oversee the implementation of new software projects, coordinate with end-users, and ensure efficiency.
- Troubleshooting and Maintenance: Manage and troubleshoot network hardware, including routers, VLAN, switches, firewalls, wireless, etc.
- Coordination and Liaison: Liaise and coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure smooth implementation of software projects and improvement projects.
- Inventory Management: Proactive leading to provide IT hardware/software housekeeping and control procedures, including physical and data security. Ensure IT inventory is appropriately stored and accounted for.
- Issue Tracking: Track and follow through on all IT issues and requests raised by end-users.
- Purchase and Implementation: Facilitate equipment, services, and software purchases and implementation; and manage inventory and licensing reconciliations.
- Stakeholder Communication: Communicate effectively with stakeholders to assess support needs, assist in the identification of technology needs.
- Project Coordination: Work with group IT teams and other department staffs to coordinate projects, manage capacity and optimize performance, reliability and efficiency.
- IT Support: Coordinate all IT related matters: connectivity, network administration and workplace systems to ensure that it runs smoothly and reliably for all its Users within the Region, including (but not limited to): creation and deletion of User accounts, installation and maintenance support to network & hardware tools such as printers, mobile devices, phone, video and door systems, etc.
- Education: IT Degree holder or equivalent with more than 2 years of hands-on technical IT experience.
- Technical Knowledge: Possess strong technical knowledge and Hands-on in Server administration (Windows/Linux), VMWare, AD/DC/DNS/IAS.
- Security Knowledge: Knowledge in DMZ, VLAN, Server hardening and Firewall administration.
- Soft Skills: Logical and methodological, with good planning & organizational skills. Able to work independently and as a strong team player. Good interpersonal skills.
- Independence: Able to work independently with minimum supervision, ensure assigned tasks are executed in a timely manner.
- Remote Support: Support users in a multi-office environment both onsite and remotely.
