We are seeking a skilled Logistics Project Coordinator to join our team at Blue Water Shipping. In this role, you will be responsible for managing logistics operations, coordinating with clients and suppliers, and ensuring seamless delivery of goods.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage logistics operations, including shipment forecast and planning
  • Coordinate with clients and suppliers on cargo collection and shipment
  • Follow up with overseas offices for freight rates, booking, and shipment status
  • Activation of shipments and preparation of relevant shipping documents
  • Preparation of import and export permits for customs declarations
  • Monitor shipment status and provide regular updates to stakeholders

Requirements:

  • At least 4 years of experience in international logistics, preferably with oil and gas experience
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and perform effectively under time pressure
  • Good communication skills in English
  • Great team player
  • Physically capable of national / international travel
