Key Responsibilities:

  1. Financial Processes: Establish and manage financial processes, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
  2. Oracle Fusion System: Utilize the Oracle Fusion system for accounting processes, including fixed assets, procurement, intercompany accounting, and general accounting.
  3. Process Improvement: Continuously improve and optimize financial processes to achieve maximum efficiency.
  4. SOP Development: Develop and implement standardized accounting SSC processes in the form of SOPs.
  5. Communication: Communicate fluently in English to maintain good communication with global departments.
  6. Temporary Tasks: Perform other temporary tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  1. Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree or higher in a finance-related field, familiar with US GAAP, with approximately 3+ years of financial work experience in cross-border enterprises.
  2. Skills and Qualifications: Excellent communication skills, strong logical analysis abilities, and data sensitivity. Proficient in summarizing and reviewing work.
  3. Technical Skills: Proficient in Office and Google applications, capable of using English as the primary working language. Knowledge of Chinese is an additional advantage.
  4. Personal Qualities: Strong drive for self-improvement, good critical thinking skills, strong intrinsic motivation, and a good sense of teamwork.
  5. Reconciliation Skills: Strong reconciliation skills.
