Main Duties
  • Verify supplier invoice and packing list updates.
  • Optimize delivery schedules to reduce transportation costs.
  • Confirm Delivery Order details and ensure accuracy.
  • Send Invoices and Delivery Orders to forwarders for logistics coordination.
  • Process outgoing declarations (OD) for Customs Declaration purposes.
  • Review Customs declarations from forwarders prior to customer delivery.
  • Communicate with shipping companies regarding customer receipt acknowledgement.
  • Deliver invoices and packing lists to customers post-delivery.

This role supports Sales Coordinator tasks, including:

  • Collaborating with suppliers/customers to plan and expedite deliveries.
  • Scheduling sea shipments to minimize costs.
  • Managing rejects and shortages.
  • Maintaining optimal inventory levels.
  • Addressing customer inquiries/orders.
  • Providing sales data as needed by management.
